Since January 2012 HMHB has welcomed three new members; Stigter Staal, Nek Logistics and Imtech Marine & Offshore. With these new members HMHB represents a total of 14 Dutch maritime companies.

Stigterstaal has been a well-known stockholding company for shipbuilding steel. Since its establishment in 1956, Stigterstaal has become a leading company in the supply of steel to the shipbuilding industry. NEK Holding is a group of freight forwarding, service and transportation companies. Holding core activities include logistics, participation in oil and gas projects, value-added services. Imtech Marine is a leading company in the global maritime market, operating as a full-service provider and system integrator. They specialise in automation, navigation & communication, HVAC solutions and fire protection technology, entertainment and lighting.
